The Butter crisp is our showpiece. This golden brown, crispy butter wafer, with its iconic diamond pattern, is still baked according to a 19th-century secret family recipe. In 2006, this biscuit was honoured with the official VLAM quality mark: ‘Regional product from the Westhoek’.
